The next club 10TT is Wednesday 18th June, 7pm start. Organiser is Pete Davies. The HQ is the first road on the left after the closed down lawnmower shop heading towards Broxton on the A41 – this road is a no through road with some parking space close to the entrance. Course details are here.

The 10th round of the Litherlan Circuit league series was held on Wednesday (11/06). BNECC results as follows:

• E/1/2/3 – 4th for  Max Spedding (PH-Mas Cycling/BNECC honorary member – 2nd cat junior)
• Youth cat B (boys) – George Higgins 2nd, Max Moss 3rd.
• Youth cat B (girls) – Lizzie McDermott 1st.
• Youth cat D (boys) – Connor Larkin 5th.
• Youth cat E (boys) – Charlie Byrne 1st (only boy).

• Youth cat B (girls) – Lizzie McDermott 1st (only girl)
• Youth cat D (boys) – Connor Larkin 3rd

The Steve Jones Memorial RR was held last Sunday (18/5). Mike Garner and Scott Smith rode in the under 45s event, Steve Molyneux in the under 55s, Dave Large and Dave Zelawolski in the 55s and over event. Mike was 2nd in the under 45s event after a group broke away from the main bunch. Scott, Steve, Dave L and Dave Z  all finished in the bunch in their respective races. Results can be found here.

The Loughborough University Junior RR was held last Sunday (18/5). Max Spedding (PH-MAS cycling/BNECC honorary member) was 4th overall. Max gets a mention in the media post for the event – click here. The 4th place means that Max is now a 2nd cat junior.

The 6th race in the Litherland Circuit League was held on Wednesday (14/5/14). Results for BNECC as follows:

• Elites/1/2/3 – Max Speeding (PH-Mas Cycling/BNECC honorary member – 3rd cat jnr) 5th
• Youth cat B (boys) – Max Moss 7th
• Youth cat B (girls) – Lizzie McDermott 1st
• Youth cat E (boys) – Charlie Byrne 1st

The 4th race in the Dave Astles Memorial Cheshire RR Series was held on Tuesday (13/5) at the Withington circuit. Laps of the course were reduced to 4 after Mark Astles managed to delay the start of  road works which may have resulted in the race cancellation. Mike Garner and Scott Smith were representing BNECC. In the under 40s race Mike Garner was 2nd after a bunch sprint. In the 40-54 age category Scott Smith was 5th (2nd in the A category). Full results can be found here.
